RIK corporation, Japan’s largest producer of piston rings, manufactured and sold piston rings in Japan for the first time in 1949. Today RIK products are produced at factories around the world for auto and motorcycle assemblers, agricultural equipment manufacturers, etc.
 

Founded in 1976, The RIK factory in Thailand produces piston rings from raw material sent directly from Japan. State-of-the-art machinery and manufacturing technologies in use at the factory including advanced iron-plating technology which helps reduce friction and wear, coupled with the most stringent production controls set forth by RIK of Japan and implemented under the supervision of highly qualified engineers, have earned the factory QS9000/ISO9002 certification.
